Quality Assurance System Manager

We, The Offshore Partners , are looking for an Interim Program Manager QA Systems to support our client in their projects. Our client is a leading supplier of maritime technology, provides worldwide with a clear competitive edge in the dredging, offshore, mining and defence industry. Your responsibilities Developing, implementing and maintaining the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 451001 and AQAP 2110. Leading internal and external audits, including audits by defense customers and certification bodies. Setting up an organization-wide quality structure (which meets the requirements of NATO and defense projects). Advising management and project teams on compliance, risks and opportunities for improvement. Coaching QA teams and increasing quality awareness within the organization. Acting as a link between client and external stakeholders in the field of quality. Your profile Completed college or university education in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology, Industrial Design). At least 5 years of experience in a QA role within a technically complex production environment. Demonstrable experience with ISO standards and AQAP guidelines (preferably AQAP 2110 or 2310). Experience with defence-related projects is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and persuasiveness. Excellent command of Dutch and English Interested in this opportunity? Apply now!
