Our client, Fuji Seal in Deurne, a global leader in packaging innovation, is looking for a Finance Manager to join its European holding (FSBV). With the company transitioning into a central holding structure, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future of finance in a lean but influential environment. Your role: You’ll lead all financial activities of the FSBV holding — including accounting, budgeting, cost allocation and recharging across the group. At the same time, you'll play a key role in major strategic projects : M&A support (due diligence, integration) ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Annual impairment testing coordination Treasury and cash pooling management This role reports directly to the CFO Europe and collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across Europe. You will lead a financial accountant and a credit controller. It’s an ideal match for someone who combines financial discipline with business curiosity and project drive. Your profile: 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or similar roles Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and intercompany processes Experience with M&A, ERP or treasury is a strong advantage You’re structured, proactive and thrive in a complex, international environment Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus) Why Fuji Seal?
