We’re now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - EMEA to lead and elevate our digital marketing and eCommerce strategy across key European markets. This pivotal role reports to the GM EMEA and is based in our Amsterdam office the first of our European team hubs, giving you the opportunity to shape our brand’s digital footprint from the ground up in the region. THE ROLE As our Digital Marketing Manager – EMEA, you will: Lead all digital marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local consumer needs. Launch and manage DTC e-commerce websites in key markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain, delivering world-class user experiences and brand consistency. Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels (EDM, paid media, SEO/SEM, social) to drive traffic, boost conversions, and grow customer lifetime value. Manage SEO performance across regional sites to maintain strong organic visibility with relevant, high-quality content such as blogs and FAQs. Develop targeted email marketing strategies via Klaviyo to increase customer retention, basket size, and engagement. Collaborate closely with Global Brand and Marketing teams to bring product launches, campaigns, and regional adaptations to life. Partner with social media and digital agencies to deliver compelling content, execute campaigns, and build engaged communities that reflect b.box’s playful and bold brand personality. Work closely with distributors and local partners to ensure all digital touchpoints are on-brand, on-message, and optimized for performance. Track and optimise performance, including ROI reporting on ad spend, UX improvements, and conversion rate enhancements. Leverage insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify new digital growth opportunities and keep b.box at the forefront of innovation in the EMEA market. ABOUT YOU You’re a seasoned digital marketer with hands-on expertise and a proactive, commercial mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. Ideally, you bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 5 years of digital marketing experience, including DTC e-commerce strategy and execution. Proficiency with Shopify, including UX, conversion rate optimisation, and performance analytics. Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo. Expertise in Performance Marketing, managing EDM and paid media campaigns. Good knowledge of web design best practices and performance marketing principles. Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. A collaborative, curious mindset with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen. Fluency in English and at least two additional European languages, German is a strong advantage.
