Role overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive demand generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement across the full funnel. This is a hands-on role where you will own and execute the marketing strategy for our growing B2B business, working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver results that directly impact growth. The successful candidate will be stepping into a highly commercial B2B environment with a focus on growth. We are looking for someone to assist with day-to-day digital omnichannel management. We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate marketer with a great track record to help accelerate our growth. This is a pivotal role for a creative, technical, data-savvy marketing professional looking to grow their career with a fast-growing B2B business. You’ll work closely with our British marketing and wider data and Insights teams to help launch and refine customer acquisition campaigns. You should have a background in customer acquisition and know the key performance media channels with strong communication skills, and experience in hands on campaign management. Key tasks Essential: Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific buyer personas Manage and allocate budgets effectively across digital, content, and event marketing channels Oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership and performance guidance Plan and implement demand generation initiatives to support lead generation and pipeline growth Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts Create, publish, and manage high-value B2B content including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars Conduct competitive market research and trend analysis to identify business opportunities Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns for thought leadership and brand presence Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution Organise and oversee promotional events, industry conferences, and webinars Build and manage partnerships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media outlets Create and manage advertising and lead nurturing campaigns through email marketing Monitor, report, and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns Test and evaluate new marketing opportunities, tools, and tactics Enhance brand awareness and credibility within target industries and verticals Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment Support sales enablement efforts with marketing collateral, case studies, and pitch support Drive new business growth through creative and measurable marketing strategies Desired/preferred: Create and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display ads CRM management and reporting Optimise campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and reduce CAC Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings Implement A/B testing and CRO techniques to increase lead conversions Use marketing automation and CRM tools to build nurture flows and score leads Analyse user journeys and digital touchpoints to identify drop-offs and optimise performance Manage website performance, landing page effectiveness, and lead capture functionality Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry benchmarks Knowledge and Skills • Fluent in Dutch & English. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimise performance • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen. • Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills. • Good communicator - able to translate complex problems into simple solutions (written and verbal). • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy. • Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Experience 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment Proven experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience working across content, brand, and lead generation initiatives Comfortable managing marketing activities across both online and offline channels Experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting Confident working cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners Familiarity with managing content creation workflows and collaborating with creatives or agencies Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and value proposition development Personal qualities • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in a marketing, digital, analytical, business or IT-related subject. • Self-starter, ambitious personality with a passion for marketing and growth.
