About the Role As the company prepares for launch, the co-founder is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who loves style and fashion. The ideal candidate is organized, forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and feels at home in both luxurious lifestyles and a fast-paced professional organization. This role requires someone who doesn't just follow along, but thinks ahead – whether planning international trips or structuring daily business activities. Digital savvy, social media affinity, and a strong sense of aesthetics are essential qualities. Does that sound like you? The co-founder also runs a private aviation company, which has played a significant role in boosting her online presence. The selected candidate will support her in navigating the complexities of a wildly hectic schedule, across the fashion business, the aviation business, and a demanding private life. Key Responsibilities Organizing and coordinating national and international travel Calendar management Structuring and managing incoming e-mail, event invitations and tasks Actively managing to-dos, deadlines, and priorities Light administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, offer letters and contracts Researching a wide range of topics – from aviation technicalities to fashion trends Supporting social media activities (e.g., content planning, trend monitoring, briefings) Reliably handling personal matters and everyday organization About You Exceptionally organized A can-do attitude with pragmatic, solution-oriented mentality Ability to juggle multiple tasks amidst changing priorities A strong sense of timing, tact, and situational awareness A structured, forward-looking work style Experience with digital tools (Google Drive / Sheets / Docs) Fluent and polished German, along with excellent English skills Absolute discretion, integrity, and high sense of responsibility Ambition to continuously learn Flexibility & patience What the company offers A rare opportunity to help build a high-end fashion house from its inception An intellectually rigorous, collaborative environment driven by long-term vision Competitive compensation and long-term incentives Access to industry-shaping minds in both business and design
