Job Description

About the Company The company is a well-funded, forward-thinking fashion startup with global ambitions. Its aesthetic is defined by black, sculptural, daring design rooted in avant-garde haute couture. Inspired by the likes of Rick Owens, Alaïa, Yohji Yamamoto and Chrome Hearts, the mission is to challenge the boundaries of contemporary high-end fashion and beyond. Founded by a fashion forward-thinking couple with deep company-building expertise, the company is solely focused on developing daring creations. If it’s been done before, it is not of interest. About the Role As the company prepares for launch, a highly analytical Social Media Analyst & Strategist is being sought to play a key role in building the digital presence. This position focuses on using data to shape and grow the social media following—especially on Instagram—which is critical to the success and visibility of the brand in its early stages. This venture calls for a disciplined, data-driven individual who understands how elite fashion houses operate in the digital age. Timelessness and the play between opposites are central to the design approach. The collections offer a historical-futuristic take on classic styles, blending flowing lines with bold geometric forms. Each piece is crafted with couture-level precision for both men and women, without following the usual seasonal fashion cycles. The brand also embraces advanced technology, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence to expand the design process. The perfect candidate has the analytical rigor to build a digital presence that reflects the depth, precision, and aspiration of a brand poised to enter the haute couture conversation. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive, channel-specific social media growth strategy, with Instagram as the primary focus. Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and continuously refine tactics based on performance data, audience insights, and competitive benchmarks. Analyze the performance of social content, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and engagement trends to inform the broader marketing roadmap. Benchmark against industry leaders and draw strategic inspiration from the operational playbooks of successful high-fashion brands. Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to ensure content output aligns with the strategic vision and maintains brand integrity. Manage reporting cycles, presenting actionable insights to the founding team. About You Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and social media strategy, with significant time spent in top-tier marketing agencies. At least 5 years of in-house experience at a high-fashion or luxury brand, ideally one with a couture presence. Deep knowledge of how leading fashion houses approach brand-building through digital channels. Exceptional command of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Tableau, Emplify, Excel etc.). Demonstrated ability to grow and engage large audiences through data-led social strategies. Structured thinker with excellent reporting and presentation skills. Familiarity with the creative process and appreciation for visual storytelling, even if not a creative lead. Fluent in English, written and spoken What the company offers: A rare opportunity to help build a high-end fashion house from its inception An intellectually rigorous, collaborative environment driven by long-term vision Competitive compensation and long-term incentives Access to industry-shaping minds in both business and design
