We’re hiring a creative, driven Campaign Marketing Manager to join our global Brand Marketing team in Amsterdam. In this exciting role, you’ll help shape and elevate the INTERSPORT brand across global campaigns and social media, working closely with a variety of teams to bring stories to life across all channels. Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Content Lead the development and delivery of seasonal, brand, and promotional campaigns – from briefing through to execution – for global use. Collaborate with colleagues across different categories and countries to create toolkits, templates, and assets that work across all touchpoints (digital, retail, social). Play a key role in ensuring creative consistency and strategic alignment with our brand positioning and values. Support the development and activation of brand partnerships and sponsorships through campaigns and content. Work closely with our retail, digital, and creative teams to ensure a seamless omni-channel consumer experience. Regularly gather feedback, campaign insights, and performance data to improve and evolve future activity. Social Media Management Manage INTERSPORT’s global Instagram and YouTube accounts – from content planning to publishing and community engagement. Collaborate with creative partners to ensure social-first content aligns with the INTERSPORT tone of voice and visual identity. Work with internal teams and external media partners (e.g., Meta, YouTube) to explore paid opportunities, identify key moments, and optimize budgets. Monitor key social metrics, produce regular reports, and use performance data to inform strategy and execution. Provide social media guidance to local teams to ensure a cohesive global presence. Lead end-to-end execution of global giveaways and community activations. Keep an eye out for new opportunities to boost the brand’s visibility and engagement across platforms. Who You Are You have 5 years of experience in international marketing, brand management or retail marketing – ideally within sports or consumer goods. You’re a confident project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ve managed brand social media accounts and are comfortable writing copy, creating calendars, and digging into insights. You have a strong creative eye and can balance detail with the bigger picture. You’re a great communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. You love sport, understand modern retail, and are excited by the challenge of building a global brand with local relevance. Qualifications University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. High-level English fluency, written and spoken; other languages are a plus. Experience with creative tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a bonus, but not required. Previous experience in or with a creative agency is a plus.
