With our headquarters in Amsterdam, G-Rollz is growing its presence across global markets and seeking passionate professionals to join our journey. As we expand, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing operations across all key digital and brand touchpoints. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s multi-channel marketing strategy across B2B and B2C Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Lead the social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Oversee SEO for all digital channels Manage marketplace marketing and listings Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and flows Identify and manage influencer and brand partnership opportunities Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and continuously optimize for growth and ROI Collaborate with e-commerce, product, and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and user experience Hire, lead, and mentor a marketing team Requirements 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally across both B2C and B2B environments Proven track record in performance marketing, social media growth, and brand building Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience with SEO, paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and email marketing tools Experience leading campaigns and collaborating across departments Hands-on approach with the ability to both strategize and execute grollz.com grollz.biz @grollz
