Backend Support Engineer (.NET/AWS)

Location: 100% Remote ️ Experience: 2 years in backend web development (C#/.NET services AWS Lambdas) English Level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate or higher) Join our team as a Production Support Engineer for our existing loyalty platform! You'll work on a modern stack of C#/.NET services, AWS Lambdas, and Step Functions. What You’ll Do: Production support: bug fixes, incident investigation, and remediation. Routine maintenance and system updates, such as certificate rotation and software version upgrades. Ensuring the platform runs smoothly and securely to support millions of users. Requirements: 2 years of experience in backend web development. Strong skills in API testing using Postman or similar tools. 2 years of experience with .NET 8, .NET Core, and C#. Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, EC2). Familiarity with Serverless Framework and CloudFormation. Understanding of source version control systems (e.g., Git).
