Job Description As a member of the strategy committee, this role will act as advisor, generator and executor of the brand building and revenue generation through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. The CMGO will work to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Technical qualities must be balanced/complemented with managerial and operational skills. A visionary point of view and outstanding advisory skills are also needed. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies. Drive Revenue Growth. Manage and Optimize Marketing Budgets. Lead and Develop Marketing Teams. Analyze Market Trends and Competitors Activity. Ensure Brand Consistency and Effectiveness. Leverage Data and Analytics. Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Identify and Pursue New Growth Opportunities. Build a Strong Brand Reputation. Experience Overall, 10 years of increasing experience in both short-term revenue and long-term brand value in a fast-paced and highly functioning company or startup/fintech setting. Strategic Planning: Proficiency developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Marketing Fundamentals: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and the marketing mix. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, and measuring campaign ROI to optimize performance and inform decision-making Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Marketing Automation: Understanding and utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline processes and personalize customer experiences. Sales Funnel Management: Competence in managing and optimizing sales funnels, from lead generation to conversion and retention. Financial Acumen: Understanding budgets, ROI, and financial implications of marketing decisions. Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM platforms and strategies for managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
