Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to support our continued expansion in the US market . In this role, you will be responsible for driving new B2B business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the success of sales campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow within a dynamic, international company. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and drive revenue growth. Acquire new B2B clients, from startups to global enterprises. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities across multiple product categories. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual sales targets. Collaborate with the team to develop and share innovative sales campaign ideas. Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain relationships with Director, VP, and C-level executives. Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies with existing clients. Requirements: Fluent, professional-level English is mandatory. Completed undergraduate or graduate studies in the United States (or equivalent international program). Previous experience in B2B sales or business development is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, with a proactive and competitive mindset. Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach and follow-ups. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
