Nursery Manager - St Albans Term time only! GRADE : H6 14 £29,418 FTE HOURS : Term Time 3 weeks and inset days (42 weeks) HOURS : 21 hours per week (Monday to Friday); some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate Are you a proactive, self-motivated leader with a passion for creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for children? Do you have the skills and experience to manage and lead a team while ensuring high-quality care and educational experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Wraparound Club Manager to join our team and help provide an exceptional out-of-school experience for children. About the Role: As a Wraparound Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the wraparound care provision, including before and after school care, holiday clubs, and activities. You will lead a dedicated team, with the support of your Area Managers. You will manage resources and staffing, ensure safeguarding practices are followed, and liaise with parents and school staff to create a welcoming, stimulating environment. The setting provides care and play for school age children before and after the school day. The staff plan and supervise the activities up until 6.15 pm when parents and carers collect and from 7.30 am for a breakfast provision. The setting is regulated by the Ofsted Early Years framework and subject to the Childrens Act (1989).
