Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: On-site - Berlin, Germany Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies that directly support the company's growth and sales goals. This role is deeply embedded in cross-departmental collaboration, requiring strong coordination with business development, project leads, and operations to ensure marketing efforts drive tangible commercial outcomes. You will lead initiatives that elevate our brand, promote our projects, and reinforce our industry presence across both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities Manage BenBau Group’s comprehensive brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints, including social media, website updates, presentations, printed advertising materials, PPE branding, and the vehicle fleet. Collaborate with various departments to highlight the strengths of Benbau in marketing materials. Conduct targeted market research to improve and guide strategy, with insights directly shaping campaigns, messaging, and growth opportunities. Create visual and multimedia assets (videos, photos, graphics) to highlight company milestones, completed projects, and corporate culture. Capture and produce high-quality video and photography content for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and social media. Edit multimedia content with a strong focus on storytelling, brand alignment, and audience engagement. Develop and script compelling visual narratives that support brand messaging and campaign objectives. Prepare employees and stakeholders for video interviews, ensuring they are confident, well-informed, and aligned with key messages. Coordinate and contribute to the creation and distribution of the company newsletter, highlighting news, achievements, and culture. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication platforms. Design and edit marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Final Cut, while exploring new technologies and AI to boost creativity and impact. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for photo/video shoots, event coverage, and promotional content. Align marketing campaigns with business goals by coordinating with business development and leadership teams. Track performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports and insights.
