MUSIC & TALENT Booking Assistant

CRUSH Agency is a luxury boutique agency based in Dubai and Paris, specialized in events and brand partnerships across arts, music, and fashion. We are looking for a Music & Talent Booking Assistant (Internship) to join our Talents Division and support our Lead Talent Manager . The ideal candidate is highly curious, passionate about music and the arts, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the talent industry. Tasks: Assisting with talent research and sourcing new artists Helping manage relationships with talents and their representatives Supporting client development and prospecting activities Preparing presentations, reports, and talent proposals Contributing to creative brainstorming for talent collaborations and events Handling production and administrative tasks linked to talent management and bookings Profile Required: Strong interest in music, arts, and culture Perfect written & spoken English Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Highly detail-oriented and organized Independent, proactive, and willing to learn Knowledge of the Dubai and GCC markets is a plus French or Arabic are a plus Conditions: Full-time internship for 6 months Monthly allowance: 700e/Month Visa provided if needed Possibility of a full-time position within our Dubai or Paris office for the right candidate at the end of the internship Please send CV and cover letter to: info@crush-agency.com DO NOT CALL OR WHATSAPP - ANY APPLICATION RECEIVED BY PHONE OR WHATSAPP WILL BE INSTANTLY DISQUALIFIED.
