About The Role We’re looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to craft and scale the narrative of Gradient Network. You’ll define our brand voice, shape strategic campaigns, and grow a global audience of developers, researchers, and early adopters. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution — and who’s inspired by the opportunity to shape public understanding of a new paradigm in intelligence infrastructure. Responsibilities Define and lead overall marketing strategy (brand, content, growth, partnerships) Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks across channels Build a consistent presence through media, content, and community engagement Partner closely with founders and other teams to align communication with roadmap Grow and manage a lean, high-performing marketing team Requirements 5 years of experience in product, brand, or technical marketing Proven track record in launching narratives and growing communities from scratch Strong writing and storytelling skills Bonus: experience in AI, deep tech, or early-stage startups If you’re ready to challenge the status quo and be part of a transformative journey, we invite you to apply.
