Join Our Team at Daikin We are looking for a Public Affairs Assistant to join our team in Mexico City (Polanco) . This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment and learn about institutional relations, public policy, and advocacy from the inside. About the Role As part of the Advocacy and Public Affairs team, you will support administrative and operational tasks while contributing to the coordination of institutional outreach and policy monitoring. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow professionally and passionate about public affairs, sustainability, and social impact. What You’ll Do Support with calendars, meeting logistics, reports, and presentations. Assist in preparing materials and key messages for institutional meetings. Follow up on commitments and deliverables from advocacy activities. Help maintain stakeholder and contact databases. Assist in organizing events and participating in external forums. Support basic monitoring of public policy and relevant regulations. Coordinate with internal teams to help implement advocacy initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Sustainability, or related fields. Genuine interest in public policy, sustainability, and institutional engagement. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
