IBM Maximo : D grade Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement). Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, and automation scripts. Support data migration, integration, and testing activities. Provide training and documentation for end-users. Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and upgrades. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo. Strong understanding of Maximo functional modules and business processes. Experience with SQL, BIRT reports, and automation scripting. Ability to work independently and manage small projects or enhancements. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Familiarity with REST APIs and integration tools. IBM Certified Maximo Functional Analyst is a plus.
