Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on creative and digital producer to join our team in a contract role. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced fashion environments, owns both storytelling and execution, and brings a sharp eye for brand, content, and digital performance. Key Responsibilities : Content Creation & Social Media Develop and execute content strategy across Instagram, brand websites, and digital platforms for Ports Group brands. Lead photo and video productions (lookbooks, event coverage, branded content) from concept through post-production. Create compelling digital assets, including short-form videos, teasers, editorial stories, and event highlights that reflect brand tone. Drive Instagram content planning — manage influencer activations, campaign rollout, and organic engagement without agency support. Website Management & Digital Amplification Manage and maintain brand websites (excluding e-commerce), ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and timely updates. Optimize web content through SEO, metadata structuring, keyword planning, and internal linking to improve search performance. Leverage amplification tools and tactics such as SEM, paid social boosts, and content tagging to expand reach and engagement. Track site performance and content engagement through Google Analytics and other dashboards to inform content decisions. Strategy, Workflow & Collaboration Oversee content and production budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality asset delivery within resource constraints. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure integrated storytelling across all touchpoints. Identify performance trends and content opportunities through regular analytics reviews and cross-functional check-ins. Requirements : 8 years of experience in fashion, content production, or digital marketing. Hands-on approach — thrives in lean teams, solves proactively, and executes with precision. Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) and editorial workflows (non-e-commerce). Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Sora, Kling AI, etc.) is a strong plus. Confident using Google Analytics and Excel (VLOOKUP). Keen aesthetic sensibility and a sharp eye for social-forward content. Experience in agency or in-house creative environments is a major advantage. J-18808-Ljbffr
