At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, with a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. What we offer The Room Leader role offers a salary of up to £32,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week. Role responsibilities As a Room Leader , you will embody our values and lead your team to deliver inspiring learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido curriculum. You will oversee planning, observation, and assessment of children, support team development, and ensure high standards of care and education. Your role involves creating a nurturing environment, engaging indoor and outdoor activities, and maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues. You will play a key part in observing and celebrating each child’s progress, respecting individual backgrounds and needs.
