About You and this Role This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to work alongside a staff designer through the full SDLC of a SaaS product. You will influence the design of an e-commerce platform that supports businesses in selling products and services, including aspects like product management, dashboards, and machine learning. What you’ll need for success: Excellent communication skills in English, as we are an international company. Proactive attitude and eagerness to collaborate with others. Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. While prior experience isn’t necessary, the following would help you stand out: B2B experience E-commerce background SaaS experience Key Objectives Learn about DXP. Create prototypes for training videos. Contribute to product documentation and build relationships with team members. Participate in grooming and sprint planning. Design and deliver product improvement tickets. Update satellites in Lexicon. Work on product improvements based on customer feedback. Collaborate with UX Researchers on usability tests. Create customer journey maps to identify gaps. Partner with product managers on high-impact features. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience delivering end-to-end product designs. Problem-solving skills to simplify complex processes. Experience with design systems and contributing to their evolution. What We Offer Flexible workspace with remote options.
