IT Helpdesk Intern

Join us and contribute to the future of renewable energy! ✅ Key Responsibilities: Service Desk Support: Provide first-level Service Desk support for desktop and infrastructure incidents. Administrate and resolve IT-related issues assigned to the service desk. IT Services Assistance: Support users with IT services such as O365, ERP systems (SAGE & SAP), PC, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting. Invoice & Process Management: Work closely with the Digital Center team to manage expense invoices, internal processes, and assist with the submission and approval of payment documentation. Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with your supervisor to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level). Proficient in Spanish (C2 level). Proficient in Chinese (C2 level) ️ Preferred Skills: Prior experience with invoice management, purchase orders, goods receipt references, and document parking. Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) module. Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Why Join Us?
