Marketing lead

Are you an experienced and creative marketing professional who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving? Girlguiding is looking for a Marketing lead to develop and manage exciting strategies that reach more volunteers and girls through paid marketing channels, and inspire them to join us. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel paid campaigns, working closely with our media agency and internal teams to ensure activity is insight-led, inclusive, and aligned with our objectives. You'll use audience research, testing strategies, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and maximise impact. We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, confident in managing projects and stakeholders, and brings a solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
