Structural Engineer – Systems, Tech & Disruption - Up to £38,000 depending on experience profit share potential – Brighton, Flexible / Hybrid The Role Do you want to apply your structural engineering skills beyond traditional design work? We're a consultancy transforming how temporary works and hoarding design is delivered – combining robust engineering with proprietary tools to reduce risk, simplify compliance, and help contractors move faster. We're looking for an adaptable and hands-on engineer to join our fast-moving team. You'll split your time across design, systems development, product testing and client delivery. This is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns fast and thrives on solving real-world problems. Key Responsibilities Design engineering – leading on hoarding and temporary works design using process optimised internal tools Product and tool development – help test and improve our Quote Tool and design automation tools, working towards the ‘big picture' AI and process automation – help us build smarter internal workflows using AI and code Client ops – working in support of operational delivery for our clients, undertaking project design work and problem solving to deliver the best possible value for our clients Continuous improvement – we have no intention of sitting still, we're here to innovate, deliver and scale.
