Contract: Full Time Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday normal office hours Site: Office-based at Leeds, LS11 5BD Salary: £28,000 Here at Conduent we have an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Business MI Analyst at our offices based in Leeds. As a Business MI Analyst, youll be at the heart of analyzing and reporting management information to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Provide ad-hoc reporting to management to mitigate risk and drive business decisions. • Build positive relationships and collaborate with a variety of roles at all levels. • Able to present data to all levels within the organisation. • Analyse and interpret data regarding key performance metrics for various target audiences • Develop and adapt MI according to requirements. • Respond to ad-hoc requests for MI, data, or analysis. • Understand business processes and underlying data to add value and practical insights to MI. • Identify opportunities for process improvement. • Seek opportunities to improve business performance or drive business benefit through data analysis. • Able to develop effective data collection plans • Support systems or process change to help maintain data integrity and identify reporting opportunities.
