Communications Officer - London, Greater London, United Kingdom We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Officer to join our Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd, Communications team at our regional headquarters based in London. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the Ocean Network Express (ONE) Brand and Services both internally and externally across Europe and Africa. You will deliver communication strategies to increase the visibility and impact of ONE’s messages. Your responsibilities will include crafting content for various channels, engaging with the media and public, and building relationships with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Creating and implementing communication plans to achieve organizational goals. Developing compelling content for diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Assisting with the management and coordination of physical and virtual events, exhibitions, and conferences for ONE within the EUA region. Creation, sourcing, ordering, and distribution of ONE Novelty Items. Assist in the preparation of the Comms budget. overseeing spend to maintain budgetary control. Day-to-day responsibility for coordinating both external and internal communications, maintaining close relationships with all EUA ONE departments, external Media, and GHQ Comms. EUA Magazine Editor - Conceptualize and edit engaging content for the EUA Magazine, sourcing contributors and overseeing the design process Skills, Qualifications and Expertise: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.1 preferred). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Excellent attention to detail, planning, and time management skills. Ability to craft engaging content for different audiences and platforms. Familiarity with digital communication channels and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Competent knowledge of G-Suite. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator essential. Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is an advantage. Qualifications in PR & Media advantageous but not essential.
