Recruitment Account Manager (Driving) - Wigan You will need to have recruitment experience dealing with HGV Drivers to be considered for this role. £30,000 - £32,000 basic depending on level and experience commission pension flexible working free parking We are currently hiring an experienced Driving Account Manager for a busy driving desk in Wigan, the desk will pay commission out from day one as there is already around 100 drivers out working across the clients. You will be managing the desk with one other Consultant and will be filling shifts with a live database of candidates. Main duties and responsibilities: Managing an existing desk of 100 Drivers Attracting experienced Drivers using social media and job boards Speaking to registered Drivers regularly to advise of available shifts Ensure that all Drivers are fully compliant at registration stage Benefits: Bonus scheme Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Employee discount Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (required) Recruitment account management: 1 year (required) HGV Driving recruitment: 1 year (required)
