Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £43,000 – £46,000 Lots of OT KPI Bonus Shift: Double Days (Monday to Friday) Location: Widnes Training and development provided such as PLC Programming courses Fully Funded, Product specific training A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business in Widnes . This is a permanent position offering long-term security, excellent training, and a highly competitive salary. Key Responsibilities As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer : Responding to reactive breakdowns across the site to minimise downtime Fault finding, problem solving, and repairs on manufacturing/production machinery to ensure maximum plant reliability and performance Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of electrical plant equipment and components Providing on-shift electrical support to the maintenance and engineering teams About You: Time-served or fully qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / Apprenticeship) Proven experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment Strong fault-finding skills and experience with PLCs, motors, sensors, and electrical systems Team player with a proactive and safety-first approach Desirable: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations FMCG or manufacturing industry background What's in it for You as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer : £43,000 – £46,000 salary depending on experience Monday–Friday Double Days shift pattern (No nights or weekends) Ongoing training and development opportunities Secure and supportive team environment Ready to take the next step in your career?
