CNC Programmer Setter Operator - Miller We currently have a fantastic opportunity for aCNC Programmer Setter Operator - Millerto join a leading engineering company based in Southampton. Introduction Due to company growth and on the purchase of a brand new CNC Machine our client are looking for aCNC Programmer Setter Operator - Millerwho can program set and operate. Responsibilities: Setting up and operatinga HAAS VM3 CNC Milling machine to produce components according to the company's specifications. Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software. Specifically Fusion 360 Select appropriate cutting tools and ensure their proper installation and calibration. Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions on the machine if required. Perform routine maintenance checks on CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance. Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control staff, to achieve production goals. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. To be able to work independently and as part of a team.
