YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD Invites applications for the position of: CUPE 2331 Supply Secretary / Clerical $ 31.36 per hour Position Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the School Principal, the supply secretary / clerical is responsible for providing administrative support to school administration, staff, students, and parents. Major Responsibilit ies: Support daily office operations, including managing calls, emails, mail, visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Provide excellent customer service for students, staff, and parents. Maintain accurate records and enter data as required and as per Board policies. Provide minor first aid to students and prepare injury reports. Perform other related tasks as required. Qualifications: Education: High school graduation plus an additional specialized program/course of up to one year or equivalent. Experience: A minimum of six months of experience is required. Skills and Competencies: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Knowledge of YCDSB Systems would be an asset. Accuracy and attention to detail. Problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
