QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment, preferably in the professional services or education sectors. Knowledge of B-BBEE and Training environment would be valuable. Experience managing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital channels. Demonstrated experience in lead generation driven website management, direct mail, and digital advertising. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS · Excellent understanding of the link between marketing and sales. · Strong proficiency in the use of technology, spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, filing systems preferably Google based environment · Proven understanding of social media platform management and digital analytics (Google Business, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Proven ability to generate B2B content for multiple formats/uses. · Proven ability to execute B2B campaigns and manage digital content. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Project and time management skills - must be able to manage many moving parts and details at once. · Ability to complete work within established time frames. DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES The duties include the following: Develop and manage marketing campaigns aligned to brand building, product awareness or sales activities according to the sales and marketing strategy. Creation and production of all marketing material according to marketing plans. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns in association with the sales department. Management of lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Maintenance of brand and corporate identity. Preparing and executing digital marketing campaigns. Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications. Working closely with design agencies / ICs and assisting with new product launches. Conducting market research to understand the industry and align all marketing activities to best practice. Develop, project manage and deploy Signa Academy marketing activities to enable brand building and sales. Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with business strategy and sales objectives. Execute all activities related to operational deployment of the marketing plan. Develop content for campaigns, sales / education materials, collateral, events and other materials as needed to drive demand and retention while delivering a seamless customer experience. Social media content planning, development and execution. Maintenance, content development and SEO optimisation of Signa Academy website. Content development, implementation, and deployment of email marketing campaigns and web content in collaboration with sales and other internal teams. Review web and social media analytics on an ongoing basis and generate monthly and quarterly reports.
