About the job: As an Associate Consultant, you will gain first-hand consulting experience in the financial services industry, build knowledge across a wide range of companies and solutions, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. Since all projects are carried out at the clients' premises, you will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. We provide a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant. Responsibilities: Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs through interviews and workshops to translate requirements into solutions. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and client expectations. Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks. Document project processes, findings, and solutions for management review. Engage with clients through regular updates and networking. Support team members with other project activities. About you: Bachelor's degree in business, computing, engineering, or science. Internship or work experience in banking, insurance, technology, or consulting industries. Strong understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and applying testing principles. Ability to apply technology principles to business solutions. Highly analytical with structured problem-solving skills.
