Job description: We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to drive our marketing strategy and execution. This strategic yet hands-on position is key to driving pipeline, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes. You will lead the function, define the marketing strategy, manage external agencies and work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and our Microsoft Partner Manager to drive aligned, high-impact campaigns and initiatives. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will have the following direct reports: Marketing Manager, Designer, Copywriter, Sales Development Representatives. This is a remote role, but we are looking for candidates based in Poland. Experience that will be crucial to be successful in this role: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (as we operate in the UK market, and the entire team is UK-based). 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing leadership role within IT services, managed services, or Microsoft partner environments. Strong understanding of the Microsoft cloud proposition (Azure, Modern Workplace, Security). Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. Deep familiarity with B2B buyer journeys, sales enablement, and content marketing. Proven track record of driving MQL/SQL growth and contributing to sales revenue. Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot. ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience targeting specific verticals or key accounts. Demonstrated experience in motivating and developing cross-functional teams, including marketing professionals and SDRs, to achieve high performance and alignment. Qualifications that will help you succeed in this role: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Professional marketing certification (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing). Microsoft Partner experience - direct experience working with Microsoft’s GTM, Solution Areas, or Partner Centre is a big plus. What you'll do on a daily basis: Build and execute Microsoft co-marketing campaigns aligned to solution areas (Azure, M365, Copilot, etc.). Own and evolve our brand positioning to reflect our value-led, consultative approach. Lead demand generation campaigns across digital channels, events, ABM, and content marketing. Drive website optimisation, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing performance. Collaborate with sales leadership (CCO) to ensure tight sales and marketing alignment. Manage and optimise the marketing budget; track ROI and attribution metrics. Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics). Build marketing content that supports the buyer journey - thought leadership, case studies, white papers, etc. Lead PR, analyst relations, and industry partnerships where appropriate.
