Be among the first 25 applicants for this internship opportunity at MSX International as a Technical Trainer. The objective of the Internship as a Technical Trainer is to enhance technicians' knowledge of products, equipment, repair, and diagnostic procedures to achieve the highest quality of repairs. The trainer will also provide technicians with a systematic approach to analyzing and resolving issues. About you Prepare and deliver courses according to guidelines, maintaining high technical standards. Manage equipment such as diagnostic tools, vehicles, projectors, etc., and oversee the workshop and classrooms. Collaborate with team members and contribute to problem-solving efforts. Report critical situations to the Project Manager and suggest improvements. Continuously improve quality standards and implement project processes during training delivery. Assist in developing new training materials and methods. Manage course participants effectively during training sessions to ensure high service quality. Maximize customer satisfaction with the training provided. Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering. Proficient in MS Office suite. Good command of English (B1 level) and Italian, both spoken and written. Strong communication skills and adaptability to different audiences. Ability to manage classrooms and solve technical problems. Team player with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
