Contribute to Business Growth As the Regional HR Partnership Leader for Italy & SSA within the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) division, reporting to the Region's HR Partnership Leader, you will ensure that IET employees and leaders receive the appropriate HR support. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of experienced IET Regional HR Partners and overseeing HR support to ensure an optimal employee experience. Collaborating with various HR functions such as L&ER, TA, TR, and HR Shared Services. Working with the Labor and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence to implement policies and frameworks for the region. Managing day-to-day L&ER activities, ensuring legal compliance, and handling employee relations issues. Supporting performance management processes, coaching managers, and mediating when necessary. Providing guidance on employment terminations, restructuring, M&A exits, and labor negotiations. Partnering with HR Shared Services and other COEs on regional HR initiatives and policies. Supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee movement activities. Participating in strategic projects, employee engagement initiatives, and HR transformations. Qualifications for Success Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Significant HR experience, including team leadership and stakeholder management. Extensive experience with unions and industrial relations. Ability to balance strategic and hands-on HR activities. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making. People-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills. Experience working in a matrix environment and managing ambiguity.
