Responsibilities : Handling initial customer inquiries and assisting customers with their first steps, passing on know-how to the sales team for further support. Understanding customer needs and coordinating between key accounts, sales management, and engineering departments. Managing administrative tasks, processing offers, and supporting sales managers in customer support. Your profile : Qualifications: Completed school education with a general qualification for university entrance, along with commercial and organizational skills. Languages: Proficiency in Italian and German (minimum B1 level). Personality: Attentive to details, friendly, communicative, and able to stay composed under pressure, with a team-oriented attitude. It includes 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus, with additional performance-based bonuses after the trainee program.
