The Role As a Complex Program Manager for Financial Clients, you will manage all aspects of a high-complexity, uncertain, and ambiguous program to deliver desired outcomes to stakeholders. Your responsibilities include understanding project interdependencies, managing risks, defining governance, and maintaining effective communication strategies. You will leverage your experience in end-to-end consulting and delivery, engaging with clients to translate visions into actionable steps. Who You Are 10 years managing large, complex IT projects or programs, preferably with experience at senior levels in professional services, across all project phases and geographies. Expertise in the financial sector industry. Proven ability to engage at the C-suite level, translating technical complexities and fostering diverse stakeholder engagement. Experience with portfolio management at scale and leading transformation initiatives, including change management, communication, and training plans. Mentorship skills and proficiency in cost, scope, change control, and project governance. Ability to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and optimize staffing across projects. Strong knowledge of program governance, management systems, and business intelligence tools. Adaptability to dynamic, agile environments with outcome-focused mindset. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related fields. Minimum 10 years in project and program management, especially in large-scale environments. 6 years in the financial sector. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts. Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with C-suite stakeholders. Strong consultative and delivery background in complex IT systems.
