As part of this program, you will follow a blended training journey combining in-field learning in Italy with hands-on experience at our international plants and Headquarters. You will be trained to: Help shape the future: Support sales strategy across Piemonte and Lombardia , working primarily with direct customers in Automotive, Assembly, and FMCG sectors, while also cooperating with indirect sales partners . You’ll contribute to expanding and managing the customer portfolio by analyzing market data and identifying new opportunities. Experience cooperation: Collaborate closely with the local Sales team , channel partners , and the Headquarters to align efforts, share best practices, and support the implementation of tailored solutions. Take on responsibility: Assist in sales negotiations , manage customer relationships, and support the sales cycle. Contribute to achieving sales targets and grow your commercial skills. Use creativity and develop: Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose assembly technology solutions . Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education: University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics , or related fields. English proficiency at minimum B1 level . Organizational Skills: Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction . Personal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
