Position Summary : The Business Development Director (AI Solutions) will focus on developing new business relationships and act as a strategic customer partner within the AI Solutions group (DataForce). DataForce is a rapidly growing service offering high-quality data for Human Machine Interaction to some of the most prestigious technology companies in the world. Our department focuses on gathering, enriching, and processing training data for Machine Learning in different AI domains. DataForce is part of the TransPerfect family of companies, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business, with offices in more than 100 cities worldwide. We are recruiting globally. Job Description : Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct research on their business and technical needs. Identify, qualify, and quantify opportunities. Drive opportunities from lead generation to closure. Ensure customer success and satisfaction. Draft and implement business plans. Understand client’s business and technical requirements. Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations, staying updated on industry news. Track business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM system. Coordinate with production and technology teams across different time zones and cultures. Generate and manage high-value, profitable business deals. Track KPIs and provide status reports, including executive updates on account progress, health, risk, and opportunities. Attend tradeshows and support marketing efforts through case studies and social media. Provide weekly forecasts and daily update reports. Assist in planning and budgeting, owning the financial health of client engagements, and driving efficiencies. Manage stakeholder communication for owned business and accounts. Assist in training and adopting new technologies and services for internal and client teams. Propose and implement innovative offerings. Take active measures to achieve results and solve problems. Required Experience : Prior experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry. Minimum 3 years in B2B Sales. Experience building and growing multi-million dollar portfolios. Experience managing complex projects from lead generation to billing. Experience in client consulting, solutions design, and sales methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific analysis software. Innovation and problem-solving skills for developing data solutions. Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Desired Skills and Experience : Ability to multitask and organize administrative work. Degree in Machine Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
