Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships? SentinelOne is expanding its Customer Success team and seeking a relationship-driven professional with a technical orientation to manage our high-value, Italian-speaking Enterprise Customers (>$500k ACV). As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner our customers rely on—navigating challenges, creating impactful outcomes, and ensuring mutual success. You will work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment. What will you do? Manage post-sales relationships with a portfolio of 5-15 large customers, serving as their advocate within SentinelOne. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to establish goals, onboarding plans, and success criteria. Conduct tailored customer interactions, including weekly meetings, health checks, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmap discussions. Proactively identify and address obstacles to customer success and retention using our Customer Success platform and health indicators. Maintain detailed records of customer engagement within the Customer Success platform. Travel 1-3 times per quarter as needed. Work remotely from your home office in Italy. What skills and knowledge should you bring? Full professional fluency in Italian and English; fluency in Spanish is a plus. A customer-first mindset with a passion for building trust-based relationships. Experience managing large-scale Enterprise accounts (20,000 employees). Proven ability to manage customer expectations and deliver satisfaction. Strong technical skills to understand complex challenges and provide guidance. Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences and cultures. Ability to collaborate across cultures with empathy and professionalism. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Customer Success tools like Totango or Salesforce is a bonus. Background in cybersecurity or understanding of security concepts is a plus. Why us?
