Join us and start your journey today! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to support our manufacturing operations. Your role will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials, components, and services, maintaining project schedules and seamless supply chain operations. You will manage specific component categories from analysis and purchase order issuance to supplier communication and final delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team where your contributions directly influence our operational success. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers to track order status and resolve delays. Identify supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, administration, quality) to align delivery schedules. Assist suppliers in resolving delivery issues (logistical bottlenecks, documentation, compliance). Provide regular updates and reports to Procurement Managers. Ensure adherence to contractual delivery terms and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor component consumption trends to support production needs. Required Qualifications and Experience: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative approach. Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Experience working in a large multinational organization. Additional language skills are a plus.
