Responsibilities: Assist in implementing the strategy for the TLP category (Technical Lifestyle Products: strollers and highchairs) at a local level, focusing on trade marketing activations, fairs, and events to increase brand and product awareness. Ensure consistent communication of the brand message across all marketing materials, campaigns, activities, and new product launches. Coordinate visual merchandising activities in stores, including improving existing exhibitions with Point-Of-Sales materials or creating new ones. Support the organization of events, webinars, and communication with retailers, providing necessary materials and resources. Set standards for events and fairs (B2B & B2C) regarding brand appearance and messaging, supporting the local sales team during execution. Visit retailers’ stores occasionally to strengthen partnerships, ensure exceptional product displays, and define communication activities to promote the brand and support sales. Assist with document preparation and translation of factsheets and brochures. Update guidelines and toolbox for sales representatives. Maintain direct contact with suppliers. Perform additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility. Qualifications: Student or graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or similar. Native Italian speaker with fluent verbal and written English skills. Willing to travel up to 15% within Italy. CYBEX operates globally with employees from over 29 nations.
