Job Description
Within the Europe Marketing Department in Rome, we are searching for the Europe Media Coordinator (Jewels, Watches, Accessories, Perfumes). Reporting to the Europe Marketing Director, the selected candidatewill develop strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand positioning and build up all Bvlgari Icons and reach locals across Europe. He/ she will be in charge of coordinating media strategies, managing ATL budgets, and tailoring initiatives for European region to deliver outstanding Bvlgari experiences. Accountabilities Collaborate to define the European marketing and communication strategies and manage ATL budget allocation across Markets in line with the Brand vision, mission and goals. Establish a strong relationship with Europe and all the various stakeholders to help building a cohesive European marketing team. Develop and implement media plans, ensuring the appropriate media coverage in accordance with Central guidelines, and allowing local team for efficient PR negotiations. Coordinate Local Marketing Teams and European Media Agencies to implement harmonized and integrated traditional and digital communication plans and initiatives, tailoring activities to suit local marketplaces, their audiences and Brand Awareness maturity, while ensuring robust co-ordination and execution of pan-European marketing activities. Reporting on a monthly basis to HQ the media spending split across markets, icons and media channels using specific media monitoring templates. Manage the assigned ATL budget, monitoring it and coordinating all Markets at each budget revision (BDG, R1, R2) and updating the schedule of initiatives accordingly. Support Controlling in monthly billing reconciliation, minimizing delta between forecast and actual. Raise Purchase Orders on a monthly basis in accordance with the media planning and facilitate the payment flow to vendors (Media Agencies, Direct suppliers, JBP suppliers e.g. Google). Proactively provide analysis on the business performances and how to optimize media spending accordingly to maximize results. Monitor media campaign performances on a monthly basis ensuring traffic growth, qualified user sessions and online sales growth YoY in coordination with b.com and eCommerce team (Rome and Dublin). Qualifications/Professional Capabilities Master’s degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent At least 5 years of marketing and media coordination experience Budget and reporting skills Digital Communication knowledge Understanding of social media networks and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and developments Understanding of SEO & SEM strategies IT Applications (Powerpoint, Excel) Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.
