Sales Executive

A Sales Executive analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel. What will I be doing? As a Sales Executive, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business for the hotel. Specifically, your responsibilities include: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the hotel or hotel cluster, increasing market and customer share across all revenue streams Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media Prepare company contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities Collaborate with other hotel departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build comprehensive sales programs Attend sales events as required Produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including appointments, calls, and business leads Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries What are we looking for?
