Your work location : our Equans site in Drogenbos Make your mark as a lighting expert As Tender Engineer, you’ll play a key role in how we serve our clients — turning technical lighting requests into clear, competitive, and tailor-made proposals. You’ll also contribute to our communication towards customers, helping us stay close and responsive in a fast-paced market. What you’ll do: analyze client needs and translate them into accurate and appealing offers ensure follow-up of outstanding offers and maintain a clear overview work closely with our sales team, engineering department, and product managers contribute to customer communications via social media and mailings (depending on your interest and skillset) Profile What makes you the right fit You don’t need to be a lighting expert from day one — we’ll teach you that. What matters most is your mindset: curious, hands-on, structured, and aligned with our values. Your skills and mindset: experience in the lighting or construction sector is a plus — but not required excellent interpersonal skills strong team player, easy to connect with others solution-oriented and resilient under pressure punctual, structured, and IT-savvy eager to learn and grow in a technical-commercial role fluent in French and Dutch; good English is a plus Offer Want to tackle tomorrow’s multi-technical challenges with us?
