We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to work in our central production unit. Location: SW19 8UH Rate of Pay: £45,000 per annum Working Pattern: 6:00am - 14:00pm Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: This position will be based in our hot kitchen to prepare dishes for our B&I estate in central London To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients Our ideal candidate will have: Contract catering background What's in it for you?
