This role will lead into a full-time IT Support role and opportunities to progress your career within IT! You will be an essential part of the team working on a helpdesk to fix technical issues and escalate tickets where needed, the experience and skills you will gain from this apprenticeship will enhance your IT skills and will put you on track to achieve your IT Support career goals! In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Dealing with incoming tickets via telephone and email Taking ownership of allocated tickets, and escalating where needed. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues such as remotely accessing PCs, backup checks, and new user setups. Ensuring to always deliver 100% client satisfaction. Hardware and software configuration. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
