Our client are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to support our high-speed, automated production environment. What Youll Be Doing Performing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Working with grading machines, pumps, shaft drives, hydraulics, pneumatics , motors, inverters, and drives Diagnosing faults and making machine improvements to enhance performance and reliability Supporting a small, collaborative team and reporting to the Engineering and Site Services Managers Playing a key role in the continued investment and automation of our site What Were Looking For A qualification in engineering (NVQ, BTEC, apprenticeship, or equivalent) Background in FMCG, food, or manufacturing is ideal Solid foundation in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance (training provided) Ability to work on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern (12-hour shifts days and nights) Sponsorship available for eligible candidates (Work Visa) Package Salary up to £53,000 (based on experience) Free on-site parking Government pension scheme (3%5% contribution) Structured training and progression opportunities (Team Leader, Supervisor, etc.) Funded training courses for engineers 21 days holiday, plus Christmas Day and New Years Day off Cycle to work scheme If you are interested, please call Ben Critchley on 07582 556469 or apply online *Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position* *Sponsorship is not available*
