Intern FPE - Deal Team Netherlands

In Germany we are a “Go to” for owners of mid-size businesses who look for a good home for their companies. Now we would like to expand our regional scope and are looking for an enrolled student for our Private Equity Intern Deal Team – Netherlands. Working out of our Munich office your key responsibility is to market our approach to mid-size Benelux companies with focus on the Netherlands in our main sectors software, healthcare and water/fluid management. In detail: WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? Deal Identification: You screen for Benelux companies, focus on the Netherlands, in our target sectors and identify good businesses with a potential need for succession. Contacting: You establish a contact with the owner and explore whether there is mutual interest. From here you try to get to a signed Term Sheet. Due Diligence: You also participate in all subsequent steps up to the signing, mainly valuations, due diligences and work on the contractual side until the signing is yours! OUR PITCH: End-to-End Job Experience: You will learn the process of deal-making end-to-end – rather than filling out excel sheets and power point presentations Personal Development: We will train you intensively and bring you up to speed in PE skills Building your Personal Track Record: Being the sole person responsible for the Netherlands you can build up your personal track record in deal-making. YOUR PROFILE: You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master`s programme from a leading Benelux university Experience: Several internships at A-companies Money sense: You have an interest in investing and good business practices Communication skills: You have strong empathy and can establish contacts easily C2-level Dutch Speaker and fluency in German Interested?
