Information Technology Manager

IT Manager (Ref: AJ/LS 46476) A global company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of professional-grade power tools is recruiting for an IT Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, planning and coordinating IT activities, providing technical support, managing the ERP system, and supervising the IT infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include managing the IT budget and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining robust IT security protocols. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill is essential. TYPE: full-time WORKING HOURS: 8:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday – 5 days in office SALARY: up to €75,000 bonus and benefits LOCATION: Bussy-Saint-Georges, France IT Manager Main Responsibilities: IT Project Management: Lead the IT team in delivering projects on time, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals IT Activity Planning: Evaluate, procure, and manage the replacement of hardware and software systems. Oversee backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity IT Support: Develop and implement IT service procedures. Advise departments on optimising system processes and support decision-making ERP and External System Management: Oversee system updates and daily maintenance in coordination with the IT support team IT Infrastructure Management: Supervise daily operations of server and network infrastructure, aligning systems with current and future business needs IT Budget Management: Prepare and manage IT budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure cost-effectiveness Supplier Management: Manage relationships with IT suppliers, service providers, and consultants.
