Our valued client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to support the migration of legacy applications to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Initial 3-6month contract with high possibility of extension. Work to be performed remotely (EST hours), as client is based in Toronto/Montreal. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to business needs. Develop and lead the technical architecture of SFMC implementations across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push, social media, and web. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and third-party systems. Lead the implementation of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC tools. Define and enforce best practices for SFMC design, security, and data management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and effective SFMC solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC implementation and usage. Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, tools, and features, and provide recommendations on new functionalities to improve marketing processes. Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated experience working as a Salesforce architect/technical consultant Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture Use of AMPscript (scripting language specific to SFMC) Experience using REST and SOAP APIs for integration to other platforms Use of SQL for writing complex queries Apply
